PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to process.
Updates will not be sent until this processing period is complete.
No Weekend/Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed over the weekend or during national holidays.

You will receive your tracking number via email once this processing period is complete.
Shipping time selected at checkout does not override the processing time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Carrier: All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with signature confirmation.
Delivery Times: Ground Advantage delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days after processing. Priority delivery takes 1-2 business days after processing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Carrier: International orders are shipped via DHL Express
Delivery Times: Approximately 2-3 business days.
Tariffs and Duties: International shipping costs do not cover tariffs or duties imposed by your home country. Customers are responsible for paying said duties or tariffs. Please consider this before placing an order.
PACKAGE PROTECTION RESPONSIBILITY
Once your package is in the hands of USPS or DHL, MK’s Hair Bar is no longer responsible for its handling. In the rare event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend contacting your local carrier to resolve the issue.
For added peace of mind, we automatically include Route Protection at checkout. This service ensures full coverage in case of loss, theft, or damage. If you choose to opt out of Route Protection, please note that you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement should any issues occur during transit.
Customers who opt out of Route Protection will also be required to sign for their package upon delivery to help prevent loss or theft.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MK’s Hair Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
