Refund policy

At MK’s Hair Bar, we take pride in providing the highest quality raw hair extensions, and every order is thoroughly inspected before being shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges. 

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. This means changes or cancellations are not allowed after submission. Please double-check your order details, including product selections and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.

Returns are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf or under special circumstances. All hair must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All hair must be unused, in its original state and have all its original packaging. Your return will be declined if it does not follow this criteria.
