With proper care, our raw hair extensions can last 3-5 years or even longer. Since our hair is completely unprocessed, it maintains its strength and integrity over time, making it a long-term investment.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your hair extensions, it is recommended to use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners. Regularly moisturizing and avoiding excessive heat styling will also help preserve the integrity of the hair. Proper maintenance can extend the lifespan of your extensions for years.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final—we do not accept refunds.
Returns are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf or under special circumstances. All hair must be returned within 7 days. All hair must be in its original state. Your return will be declined if it does not follow this criteria.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties required by their country.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days after processing.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, MK's Hair Bar is no longer responsible for its handling. In the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend contacting your local USPS office. For added protection, we include Route Protection at checkout, which covers loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
It is crucial to verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MK's Hair Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed. Please note: Cancellations are not accepted once your order has been placed.
